Payton -

Can I just tell you how much I LOVE photographing kids?  I seriously love it!  They are so fun & unpredictable!  Little Payton's Birthday is next week and so of course you have to do a photo shoot when your kids turns 1 for the big party! :)  Sadly the day we went out to take these it was cold & dark outside, but we got a few good ones and are going to try to do a few inside ones in a couple of weeks!  Now some kids just seem to warm up to me right away and then others don't, Payton just wasn't sure about me this day so hopefully the next time I see him he will like me a little more! :)  Here is a little sneak peek at Payton's one year old shoot!

Like I said....Sometimes they warm up to me fast...SOMETIMES! :)

My baby!

I can hardly believe that my 'baby' is going to be 1 in a few weeks!! Eeeek it makes me want to cry....A LOT!!  It really only seems like yesterday she was born!  I just love her so much, and I cant imagine what we ever did with out her in our lives!  When I did these pictures is was SUPER over cast and we had to get them done because what a busy month July is so we didn't get as many as I had liked but we got some really great ones!! :)  Thanks to my Hubby & my mom for coming and helping with the photo shoot!!  So without further ado I present to you...

New equipment!

So I am soooo excited to let everyone know that I have upgraded my camera.....BIG time!! I went from a Nikon D70 to a Nikon D700 full frame camera!! YAY!! I am so excited because this camera is amazing with what it can do!! The day I got my camera I pulled out one of my baby backgrounds and started taking pictures of my daughter! So here is what the new camera looks like and then a few pictures taken inside of my cute daughter Lydia!! I hope you enjoy!!
